Recipe: Coconut Palm Sugar Salad Dressing



1 lime - juice and grate the rind
1 lemon - juice and rind grated
2 tbsp Coconut Palm sugar
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
4 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp cilantro feshly chopped

Combine all ingredients in an empty bottle, cover and shake well.

Chill and pour over any desired salad.
